Memorandum of cooperation between the DIPE Trikala and the University of Thessaly

In order to educate primary school students on how physical activity gradually affects the earth’s climate, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed on Monday, January 27, 2025, at the offices of the Primary Education Directorate of P.E. Trikala, the Director of Primary Education of N. Mr. Christos Trikalis, PhD, and the President of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of the University of Thessaly, Mr. Nikolaos Diggelidis, Professor, in order to implement and evaluate the research project that bears the title: “Environmentally LITErate youth through an interdisciplinary intervention – ENLITE”. The project is implemented in the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”, with the funding of the European Union – European Union. NextGenerationEU (Implementing Agency: EL.ID.E.K.).
